What does the Resident Select To Inerva Cloud ERP integration do?** The integration enables a transfer of key resident and agreement data from **Resident Select** into the **Inerva (ERP)** system for residential aged care providers.   ###### **2. When is the integration triggered?** The integration is triggered **only** when: - A resident’s status is set to **respite** or **permanent** - An **agreement** is in place It does **not** apply to residents with a **prospect** status.   ###### **3. Does the integration support home care clients?** ###### No, the current integration does **not** support home care clients. A dedicated integration for home care will be developed **after the Nov 1 aged care reforms**.   ###### **4. What are the benefits of using this integration?** - **Reduces manual data entry** and eliminates double handling - **Improves data accuracy** by syncing only validated, signed agreements - **Speeds up admissions and operational readiness** in Inerva Cloud ERP ###### **5. Who is the integration designed for?** This integration is designed for residential aged care **customers who are already managing their agreements in Resident Select**.
